The best travel reservation software for most tour and activity operators combines live availability, online checkout and reseller connections with a fee structure you can model. Travel agencies that sell custom trips usually need an itinerary, proposal and client-management tool instead of an inventory system.

On vendor pages checked November 7, 2026, Rezdy, Checkfront, Bókun, TourCMS and Xola publish pricing for operator booking engines. Travefy and TravelJoy publish agency prices. Most operator tools charge a monthly fee plus a percentage of online bookings.

This guide compares eight products using what each vendor documents. For the wider category, start with our Scheduling & Booking Software Guide (2026).
